This Class starts on Friday 26th March and
then will run a weekly class. With a sound-track of eclectic music styles
from around the world we will explore "Being" in the Body (embodied
awareness) and energetic flow (prana-motion) through yoga, movement,
meditation, breath, sweat, prayer and play. starting from the grounded
home-base of the yoga mat we will explore the dance between structure and
freedom and the pulsation between contraction and expansion. From there we
will move to the dance floor and explore the natural flow of energy and
spontaneous movement that arises from the deepening awareness of our unique
inner dance. We will co-create a container of community, through group and
partner work, to explore the elements within us and all around us, and learn
to bring more conscious and compassionate awareness to our body-heart-mind
landscapes both internally and in relationship with one and other and with
all life. From the roots of our embodied beings we offer our hearts to life
and unfurl the wings of our dreams.
